Step 4: Write your guiding question

Example: You are going to do research about the uses of color as cultural expressions.

How can we create awareness about the importance of preserving aboriginal cultures in Costa Rica by promoting appreciation of their arts, their traditions and their use of color? (Focus on a specific aboriginal group)

  1. If you haven't started doing research, look for information using the internet.
  2. Remember to follow the instructions to choose information you can trust (Watch again the video about "Identifying fake news"): (Open the link: )

Answer the next questions:

  1. How are you going to choose the information that you are going to use?
  2. How do you know that you can trust that information?
  3. Where are you going to keep the information, so everybody in your group can have access to it?

  2. What are some obstacles that they can find?
  3. What are some difficult steps in the process of making your project a reality?
  4. What solutions could people give to those challenges?
  5. What results do you expect to have at the end of your project becoming a reality?
